Working in silence is a pleasure. No need to bother paying the cheering team to show he’s a working leader. Therefore, Anies does not need thunderous applause. Usually the one who starts working with a chorus, it’s just the work of sticking a stake, and then feeling like it’s done. No further progress.

SO the piles seemed to be scattered about in the city just to entertain, that he was working, and the work was not finished. It takes time to complete. Many have just been done at the beginning, and are left just like that, becoming lumps of concrete carcasses that are not pleasing to the eye.
The character of the leader can be seen from being familiar with the ceremonial, when at the beginning they start working on the work. Tend not to focus on what was originally initiated. Haven’t finished one job, jump to start another job. Nothing looks done.
There is also a style of leader who focuses on one big job, and other jobs that he initiated are still carried out, without the need for excessive ceremonial. Even what is being done is barely audible. Impressed by working in silence. But before the work was finished, the progress of what was being done could be seen, which surprised the public.
Anies Baswedan, Governor of DKI Jakarta, the type who works in silence. Did not choose frenetic at first. Not the kind of leader who has not worked, even just initiated, already feels successful and needs all applause. Anies did not choose that.
Working in silence was seen during the construction of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS). A great project that can be proud of as the work of the nation’s children. All workers are local, native to the country. There is no need to bother importing workers all the way to China.
Anies started working on the magnificent football stadium, even bigger than Old Trafford, the headquarters of Manchester United (MU) – which is called the grandest stadium in England, it was secretly. Anies seemed to bewitch us all. Suddenly the stadium was almost finished. The form of the project began to appear to the surface. Not a few are gawking in amazement. Amazed. It is reasonable.
Anies is like Prince Bandung Bondowoso in the legend of the founding of the Prambanan Temple, which Roro Jongrang targeted, who would be edited if the conditions to build a temple overnight could be met.
Like the JIS development, which also has a target, it must be completed. Of course not overnight work, like the legend earlier. The promise was fulfilled to present it to the citizens of Jakarta. Especially the football club Persija, an international standard stadium, with fantastic workmanship.
Anies doesn’t just make promises, it seems he’s not used to boasting. Unlike other leaders, it is easy to make promises, but without realizing the fulfillment of their promises. Traitor is his name. Leaders who are used to playing the opposite word, who become models of boasting. The word skyrocket can be interpreted in the opposite way, to be down or to fall. It’s fun to exaggerate, and it means the opposite.
The word “no” can mean the opposite. Not importing, apparently importing. Etc. Without public protest against promises that are not kept, make yourself not bored with acrobatics with the opposite meaning.
So, presenting Anies Baswedan as an alternative future leader is a rational effort. In the future, there should no longer be social assistance leaders, who are only good at making promises, but are unable to fulfill their promises.
Anies already has the capital as a leader with the criteria of trust. He fulfilled his campaign promises one by one. Anies has capital above the average for a leader, if he is later presented as a contestant in 2024.
Although he was in charge of the capital for a period, he appeared full of achievements. The results of his work are clear. Of course it is for those who are able to see with clean eyes and hearts.
Anies Baswedan really deserves more opportunities than the positions he has received and run well. Such a leader can be presented, if the people hope for a change for the better.
